Lenvat 10mg is a targeted therapy designed for the treatment of multiple advanced-stage cancers. It is particularly effective in cases where other traditional treatments like chemotherapy or radiation have failed or are unsuitable. As a multi-kinase inhibitor, it provides a modern and more precise approach to slowing cancer progression.

  1. Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC) – especially when not responding to radioactive iodine therapy
  2. Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) – as first-line therapy for unresectable liver cancer
  3. Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) – often used in combination with other agents like pembrolizumab
  4. Endometrial Cancer – typically used with immunotherapy agents
  5. Medullary Thyroid Cancer – in select cases under physician supervision
  6. Other advanced or metastatic solid tumors – as part of clinical protocol or off-label usage

How It Works (Mechanism of Action):
Lenvatinib is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It blocks several receptors like VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, RET, and KIT, which are involved in cancer cell proliferation and angiogenesis. By inhibiting these pathways, Lenvatinib slows tumor growth and disrupts the blood supply that supports cancer cell survival.
